RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Kids Fitness Centre offer a 30 day satisfaction guaranteed returns policy. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Kids Fitness Centre, you have 30 days from the date you purchased your product to be entitled to a full refund.
To qualify for a refund the following criteria must be met:
- Contact must be made with our customer service team to inform us you wish to return the item, stating your order number.
- The product must be returned as new with all parts and accessories. This includes: undamaged box, screen protector, both straps, watch body.
- The item cannot be returned if worn or damaged.
- If the above conditions are not met the product may be returned for a partial refund.
Goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty.
Postage Costs and Postage Refunds
You are responsible for and must cover postage costs for returning any unwanted items. Postage costs for faulty items can be discussed with our customer service team.
If your item is found to be faulty within the first 30 days after purchase and it cannot be fixed through troubleshooting, you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement. For any faults after the first 30 days of purchase, you will be entitled to a replacement item.

You will need to return the product to us for testing. If the item works during testing it will be sent back to you, if it is not working a replacement will be sent.
