Is the watch waterproof?

The watch is rain proof however cannot be submerged in water for example in the bath, shower, swimming etc

How do I set up my Little Gallivanter Pro activity tracker?

Before you begin using your activity tracker you will need to download the Jyou app through Google Play or the App Store using a mobile device. If you have our standard Little Gallivanter you will need to download the Yoho sports app.

Once this is done you will be able to connect your activity tracker through Bluetooth to your mobile device. When you connect your device it will set the date and time and allow you to sync your data back and forth between the devices. Your data will sync to your dashboard, which will allow you to view your stats and analyse your progress over time.

How do I restart my activity tracker?

If you are experiencing issues the first thing to do is to restart your activity tracker. For the Gallivanter Pro scroll over to the 'more' menu. Press and hold the function button for 5 seconds to access the sub menu. Then scroll to 'power off' and press and hold the function button until the screen goes black. The watch is now off. Wait 20 seconds and then press and hold the function button to turn the watch back on.

What devices are the activity tracker compatible with?

IOS 8.0 and above for Apple devices and Android 5.0 and above.
