Keep Kids Active
Children that are active and exercise on a regular basis will feel huge benefits including increasing muscle strength and bone strength, as well as their general mood. It is important that kids undertake a mixture of activities that have different levels of intensity, however the main thing is to keep them active! Examples of low level intensity activity include walking, bike riding or scooting.
More intense activities include running, chasing each other, dancing, football, tennis or gymnastics. According to the NHS, kids aged 5 to 16 need to be active for at least 60 minutes per day and kids under 5 need 3 hours of activity per day.
We believe that our fitness trackers will help kids want to exercise, as they can see the progress they have made and how many steps they have taken each day. If you wish you can set goals to reach, such as doing 3000 steps per day, or travelling a total of 3km.
